🔁 Exchanges
Eligibility:
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
How to Request an Exchange:
Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. Share your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for both return and reshipment costs, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged product or wrong item sent).
Product Availability:
All exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item from our current collection or receive an online coupon equivalent to the value of the returned product for use in a future purchase.
Change of Mind Policy:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or compromised-quality item, contact our customer support team immediately. After review and verification, we will issue an online coupon equal to the item’s value for your next purchase.
💡 Orders and Promotions
Please note that orders placed before any promotional campaign will not qualify for sale prices introduced later. This ensures fair and consistent pricing for all our customers.
📦 Delivery & Couriers
While we work with trusted courier services, occasional issues such as additional charges, delays, or delivery failures may occur. While we do our best to ensure smooth deliveries, Scentaverse cannot be held liable for courier-related problems beyond our control.
